Joel Conner & Amy Jackson

A fixture on the Indianapolis music scene, Joel Conner has played virtually every kind of music and given hundreds of performances. Guitar, bass, and keys are among the 30 instruments he plays. His song, “Winter Blast,” was featured on the holiday special “Rocking Hoosier Holiday,” which was nominated for a regional Emmy. Best known as a founder of local bands Whiskey, Undercover, and Indiscretion, he continues to work on new projects as described on this website.

Amy Jackson got her start as a member of the punk rock band Indiscretion and later joined Cyan Aura. She now provides vocals and bass to DR JAR, the Indiana Lounge Lizards, and a tribute to Peter, Paul, and Mary, as well as performing multiple shows as a duo with Joel. A native of St. Louis, Amy is active in several neighborhood organizations on Indianapolis’ near east side (shout out to Springdale!).
